BGA rework

For BGA soldering, we have a rework machine, the Ersa PL 550A, to repair insertions and defective solderings.

With the help of this equipment, our technicians make all the rework process, consisting of several stages:

• desoldering of defective components
• reballing
• placing and soldering of new components on the PCB
